Student edition photography trial?

I am confused because I thought I bought a membership to creative cloud (the student edition photography one for $9.99 per month.) I tried to get on to lightroom today and it said my trial had ended even though it took two payments from my acount ($10.67 on 8/2/14 and 9/2/14.) I wanted the year long membership with a monthly payment of $9.99. If I enroll in this again it seems like the same process I went through last time. What am I doing wrong?

You need to uninstall the Lightroom trail, then re install it from the Creative Clouds Apps menu.

I have tried everything and nothing works. I was on chat support for two
hours last night, I really need my account to get working. I need these
apps on my computer so that I can complete a homework assignment by Monday.
