I can´t find my Add On

i buy yesterday 1 add on, and pay with PayPal . I dont find this add on in my list.

can you help

Do you have the CC Desktop App installed and running, and if so, did you receive a notification that the add-on had installed?

i dont found this in my online list. i get the purchase mail.
free addons i can see in my online list.

Okay.
Please tell us what list you are referring to...do you mean 'My Add-ons'?
Please search for Beauty Retouching Kit on the Add-ons website and tell us if it is saying $19.99, or 'install', or 'remove'.
Please also confirm if you are using CC Desktop App to install products and what the latest message is on the 'Home' tab.

Yes i mean - My Add-ons - i see only the free Add ons.
When i search Beauty Retouching Kit in the Add on list it is saying $19.99.

i´m using CC Desktop App - this is correct installed ( i update my Photoshop CC with this Destop App )
Latest messeage on the Home tab is the activity on behance.

No one have any idea what it could be? 3 days ago bought the add-on and I can not use it. I'm still waiting, if anyone has a solution. Or should I go to Paypal, because I've paid so far for nothing

Martin we have identified the problem and it should now be resolved. Please log in and out of the add-ons website and confirm whether Beauty Retouching Kit is now listing in 'My add-ons'?
