Presenter 10 course is not viewable in SumTotal when I view it after publishing it. Any suggestions?

I am using all of the same setting as I did with my previous version of Presenter 7 but the first course I have ever published after installing Presenter 10 is showing up as a blank screen when I try to view it after publishing. Have no idea why and am open to suggestions.
