visual c error

While trying to install the latest version of flash I keep getting an error message "The program can't start because MSVCR110.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem". I've installed the latest version of visual c from Microsoft and am still getting the error when trying to install flash ... any help on getting this resolved is appreciated.

Please see Re: "This program cant install because MSVCR110.dll is missing".. but it isn't. Help please.  It relates to your issue.
If you're system is 64-bit, you need to ensure the DLL is in both system32 and syswow64.

You specifically need the Visual C++ 2012 redistributable.
