We need to create a training video using Presenter. Does the client need to purchase Presenter being able to use the slides?

we're new to Presenter, so I need some helps.

As an interactive learning video provider we should now create a learning tool for a client. We'd like to use Presenter, and the question is, whether the client has to buy Present for being able to use it in their presentations.

The Presenter product is required to create the audio/Flash/video/quiz functions within PPT. If the content is being created by the client, they may need to purchase Presenter, but if they are just creating the PPT content or viewing the presentations, then they will not need to purchase Presenter.

What is your clients role in relation to the content? What will they be doing with it?
