I keep sending crash reports and an automatic message comes back saying that there is no solution to the issue. has anyone been experiencing this issue? If so, how did it get resolved? I continue to loose hours of work and am getting very fed up with CC.
WE can't know. You have not provided any system information or other technical details like the crash info from the Event Viewer.
Enable auto save and recovery. If CC is crashing every night then put in place a process where you save often too. More than likely your computer is at fault, make sure the OS is up to date and clean.
