Håkan Björkman Sep 8, 2014 10:46 AM (in response to Stefan Thimm)Yes, a green screen effect works.
Took the logo in paint, coloured background green, made a 7 second video of logo, then put video on channel 2, placed video on top of video chanel 1.
As you see it´s complicated compared to just place a graphic photo with transparent background on the text tool!
Why doesn´t PS Elements 12 have this feature?
Here´s the video I made with logotype "SHORELINK" at the intro.

Stefan Thimm Sep 9, 2014 12:59 AM (in response to Håkan Björkman)Hello Hakan,
yesterday I found a more easy way to design subtitles für Premerie
Elements 12.
Just create a new Image in Photoshop Elemenst and select HD 1920+1080
resolution.
Then chose a solid background-Colur an design your Subtitle, where you want
to place it on screen.
After that save (JPG or PSD) and import this subtitle to Premiere Elements.
After inserting Premiere Elements asks me if I want to make the solid
background transparent.
This way ist quiet easy. And one more advantage is, that you can design
several subtitels in Photoshop in the same layout by using the
layer-function.
This way works fine for me. But you are right: it could be more easy.
kind regards
Stefan
