CHMs do not work on a network

RoboHelp10 - Generated chm file does not display see message: Navigation to the webpage was canceled. This happens when the chm file is generated to a server. If generated to a local drive, the help displays correctly. Can anyone tell me why and how to fiThe chm seems to looking for a web address

Where have you been since 2004?

This has occurred following a change made by Microsoft in 2004.
