1. Re: Running PremiereProCC on MAC OS 10.9.4. Clips which have perfect audio/video synch as clips, when transferred to timeline (dragged, using 'clip insert' from menu, or using keyboard tool), turn up in timeline out of synch. Difference enough to make lip
John T Smith Sep 10, 2014 9:13 AM (in response to Nina Meisner's pal)What are your clips, and how did you get them from camera to computer?

Do you by any chance have clips with a Variable FRAME Rate?
Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?

Nina Meisner's pal Sep 10, 2014 12:52 PM (in response to John T Smith)Clips are recorded on Nikon D3200 camera, downloaded from SD card via Adobe Bridge/Download. Media Browser moved folders and contained files into project.
All clips have frame rate 29.97.
If I understand your next question: video is video & audio (interviews, single on-camera mic). This video has no still frames or other inclusions. The clips themselves play perfectly: it is only when they are put into the timeline that desynch happens.
I will move on to your next items separately.

4. Re: Clips, which have perfect audio/video synch, when transferred to timeline are out of sync
mjshade Sep 10, 2014 2:12 PM (in response to Nina Meisner's pal)Two things I can think of might cause this.
1. It's possible that your sequence settings don't match your videos. If you create a new sequence, drag your media in, and then select "change settings" so that your sequence settings match your original media, this might clear up the issue.
2. The other possibility, though I don't know what might have caused it, is that your audio sample rates might be different for the two files. Check to see that your sample rates are the same, and if they're different, you might have to change one to conform to the other.
