I have been having trouble opening adobe CS6 Creative and Web Premium Suite through my School laptop. For the architecture program, I purchased an adobe CS6 Suite for my classes but I have been unsuccessful in having it work properly. Any of the installed adobe CS6 programs will start but only stay open for a few brief moments before shutting down. I am unable to click on any of the icons on any of the programs during the time that the program stays open.
What we tried to do to get the program to work was:
- completely manually uninstall and reinstall CS6
- update java to its most up to date version
- delete the preference files from adobe
- restoring the computer itself to a previous archived date
However, nothing has changed. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
