Can't remove AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_14_ltrosxd_aaa_aih.dmg.download icon/program

I recently updated AdobeFlashPlayer but the icon/original file:

AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_14_ltrosxd_aaa_aih.dmg.download

will not let me delete it now that the program is installed.  Can anyone help me figure out how to get this off my Macbook?  Thank you.

The .download extension indicates that the browser is still downloading it.  You probably can't delete it because the file is in use.  I'm assuming that the has either completed or timed out at this point, but if not, completely exiting all of your browsers, or rebooting should resolve it.
