I need Flash Player for Firefox but I have already downloaded it before so it gives me the "more than one instance" message if I try to download it. It doesn't show up in my add-ons and I've tried getting Shockwave but when I hit the download button it tells me I need a newer version and redirects me to the page I'm already on (the download page). I don't really know what to do at this point.

Download the full installer (under "Netscape", if you are on Windows) from https://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/#sp and save it to disk; then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

Not sure what your problem with Shockwave Player is; please elaborate.

I have a previous version of Shockwave installed but I need a newer version. I go to (Adobe - Adobe Shockwave Player) to update it. When i click on the yellow "Download Now" button it gives me a "You are running an older version and need a new one" message and redirects me to Adobe - Adobe Shockwave Player. It just keeps sending me back.
