which creative cloud subscription includes fireworks? Or how should I purchase fireworks

    splundge Community Member

I really enjoy using fireworks - but I am aware that adobe are phasing it out, which is a massive shame

I am trying to purchase the latest version of fireworks but I can't see where to purchase it?

Ideally, I'd like to purchase it through a creative cloud subscription - because I'd also like to explore illustrator or photoshop, to see if I can still use them in the same way that I use fireworks..

note - i use fw for

      - ui screen designs

      - wireframes

      - simple image editing

      - logos

      - web assets/icons

      - prototyping

Wow Adobe. way to encourage potential customers to purchase your software.

I trawled through your website, looking for customer service to answer a simple question, and you bottle-necked me into this forum to ask my question. It would literally take 30 seconds for a representative to answer this question (or 10 seconds via some kind of live-chat that most websites have). Yet no response.

Unfortunately, I think you now have to get the full creative cloud account to get the latest version. It is included, but maybe not for long. They don't support the individual app, so they are not going to offer that on its own. Honestly, CS5 had fewer bugs and you can probably buy that used as a stand alone app. But whether it is fully compatible with your current operating system is another question. It's fine on my Macbook Pro running OS 10.9.

I have CS6 running at work and Fireworks is still included. I'm not sure if that is true if you haven't been using it previously in your CC account though.
