hi,

Thanks

Similar problem. I keep getting asked for vendor ID which doesn't exist. Chat useless. Obvious Adobe doesn't support this product. So will try to find an alternate software to read e-books.

Select "AdobeID" in the eBook Vendor dropdown and then authorize with your Adobe ID as email ID.

You can also use any other email ID to authorize, in which case the eBook Vendor dropdown needs to be changed to the Vendor(from its default "AdobeID" value), with whom your email ID is registered with.

Thanks!
