I am a CC subscriber (which allows for free web hosting) but BC is requiring I upgrade a trial site and charging $10/month

I am trying to publish a site designed on Muse. I have already pointed my domain to the new server. However, in the instructions I am told to Upgrade my trial site which looks like a $10/monthly fee. Supposedly with my CC subscription the web hosting is free....I have recently switched from web.com to take advantage of this...thank you!
