I need to install flash on my asus memo 4.3 android?

Hello

I need to install Flash on my Asus Memo 7.3 . I've installed Dolphin browser as per Asus rep told me to do but it still doesn't play video apps such as TCM or DIRECTV . All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
