My adobe Design and web premium CS6 suddenly started to run as a trial.

Hi All.

My adobe Design and web premium CS6 suddenly started to run as a trial. I tried to follow the deactivation procedure specified at the adobe website, but the deactivation option is not appearing on my software HELP menu. What could I do to solve this problem. If I uninstall the software, will it be possible to install again with the same key product? thanks Fernando
