Firewall access

IT departments can white list the servers involved in providing the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite functionality so that communications with the servers will be unimpeded and not require user authentication at the time of use.

I don´t know if it makes any difference, but I´m on a Mac 10.8 and use InDesign CS5.5 and can´t upload anything from Folio Builder when I´m at work, but at home everything works just fine.

I have tried to delete the files you recommended here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4635338, but there is no change. I can´t sign in from Foio Builder or upload anything.
