Please use ADE 4.0.

If you remember the authorization details, then go to

Help -> Erase autorization.

then authorize again by Help -> Computer authorization.

This will solve your problem.

Thanks

It did not work.

My present confusion is that my password, which I changed yesterday (using

ADE 3 - did it work?), and after using the Delete Authorisation in ADE 4,

gives me the same rest error when I try to authorise my PC.

(E-AUTH-NOT-READY)

Any further leads will be welcome.

In the last 2 years I've tried at least 3 times now to authorise my PC

without success.

I run OracleVirtualBox on this PC. Could it block the authorisation? I am

trying to authorise my host system (Win 7 pro 64 bit.)

My ADE ID is zs5ray@googlemail.com and although the email address was

created in the UK I live and use it in SA.

The password was changed again and the authorisation worked. I'm not sure

if the Windows firewall was blocking the server response because coms with

the ADE server was working before I allowed ADE specific access through the

firewall.

Thanks for your help.
