Repeated attempted to install Flash Player 14.0 with two different browsers (Safari 5.1.10 and Firefox 32.0.1).  Keep getting message that my name and password are incorrect thus preventing installation.  I've done a live chat with Adobe and followed advice given but still no luck.  Have a mac OS X 10.6.8 operating system.  Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
