TheresaHertz Sep 18, 2014 1:27 PM (in response to Sheena Kaul)Hi Sheena, I appreciate the effort. However, once again, if you read through the feed, there are numerous people who still don’t understand “what” the solution is, because there are so many posts and no real clarification.
And all you sent, was a link back to the same feed I have been trying to sift through today. Can someone just help me resolve the problem vs. sending me elsewhere? Or highlight what part of the feed I am supposed to follow? That at least would be helpful. Thanks.

Sarthak Girdhar Sep 18, 2014 1:56 PM (in response to TheresaHertz)Hi,
Please try this--
1. Quit the CC Desktop application by clicking on the 'Tools' icon (top-right) and choosing quit from the drop-down.
2. Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData*\Local\Adobe and rename OOBE folder to OOBE.old.
Launch CC Desktop application again.
*AppData is a hidden folder.
Let me know the outcome.
Regards
Sarthak

TheresaHertz Sep 18, 2014 5:29 PM (in response to Sarthak Girdhar)However, I did notice that the original OOBE folder recreated itself, next to the one I renamed OOBE_old. Is that an issue? What happens if I run in to the issue again, do I go rename that one again as well? And does that process keep going?
Thanks again for your direct help. Makes a world of difference.

Sarthak Girdhar Sep 18, 2014 2:24 PM (in response to TheresaHertz)Well yes, a duplicate OOBE folder is created in its place and you need not worry about it.
If you once again run in a similar issue then yes you can follow the same steps.
