Where is the Full Size Image Preview save option?

In the June 2014 Photoshop CC Help, it says there is a Full Size image preview option:

But when saving a .psd, I see the Icon and Windows Thumbnail options, but don't see the Full Size or Macintosh Thumbnail options.  Is the Help wrong, or am I missing something obvious?
