Presenter not loading in PowerPoint

[apologies to all. I did not intend to have this posted several times] ...upon opening PPT. After crashing several times, I decided to click "Yes" to disable. Now I am unable to re-enable the program. When I go to PPT Options >> Add-ins, Presenter remains disabled. When I try to enable it, the status says it's "unloaded", whereas other add-ins say "Load at start up". I click the box to enable, then Okay, but it simply ignores the request and the box is again unchecked when I reopen.

I'm looking for any information on getting this back.

I have exactly the same problem since an hour ago. Please help.

System info: Windows 8.1, Office 365 (Office 2013), 64 bit.

Hi Realtoast,

Have you tried re-installing presenter once.

If not please uninstall presenter and try to re-install again and let me know if you find any issue.
