Ink is charged, but flashes red and disconnects immediately.

I believe the pen is charged completely.. the charging unit cycles through the rainbow colors, but when I turn Ink

on it immediately flashes red a few times and disconnects. I've charged it over night and still have the same issue.

How do I return this for a new one?
