how to add text to a flat form

    Remag1234

Before I go to a new doctor they request that I download forms, fill them out and bring them. The forms are always PDF but are Flat Forms and cannot be filled out other than by hand. Is there a way to fill out these forms??

Use the Add Text commenting tool.

Thanks for the answer. After posting my question I figured how to do it. Your answer should have included the following:

Right click on the Adobe document, Click on Add Text and Signature. A small window opens on the Right Side, Click on Add Text. Another small horizontal window opens on top, you can select the font & size. The I-Beam converts to an I that is underlined. Place that where you want to add any text. You're all set to go.

I hope this helps. BTW, I use a MacBook 10.5.8 <I do not want to upgrade because I love AppleWorks>
