Can Reflow files be imported to Dreamweaver to use as Templates?

I created templates for a site with repeating sections and expanding text areas etc... But with the same Navi, footer and some template elements that cannot be edited. Is this possible if I built it with Reflow and save as a Dreamweaver Template to use?
