X3 project hangs RH 6

Hi,

RH 6 hangs and then closes when opening an X3 project - any ideas?

Any more information?

Is it any X3 project or just one?

Is it OK with projects created in RH6?

Is it OK with the supplied demos?

Is the project on your hard disk or a network?

Was RH6 installed with your login and with admin rights?

There's other things to look at but they'll do to start the ball rolling.

Thanks for your response.
1. Only one X3 roject at the moment.
2. RH6 samples run and compile but FlashHelp not visible in IE7
3. c:\
4. Admin rights.

Did an uninstall of RH6 and now my DVD drivers are corrupt! Busy tring to fix that as well now.

Something else must be at play here as I somehow don't think RH6 would corrupt the DVD drivers.

I think I would focus on getting the PC into good working order and then reinstall RH. You confirmed admin rights but not your login. That is important but I suspect that was the case just because the samples were OK.

Once you have reinstalled, try again with the X3 project and let us know the state of play then.
