Cannot get my first Adobe ID working back !

Hello !

It seems I first used an Adobe ID called ...@chapitre.com but I cannot

reset its PWD because I don't receive any message at my usual address.

I created another Adobe ID using that usual address but, because of

that, I cannot read the lately bought books on my Samsung tablet.

Would it be possible to reset the 1st pwd for chapitre.com or merge my 2

accounts so that I can read all my bought epubs on both devices ?

I tried to send another of my addresses as back-up but it still doesn't

work !

Sorry ! Unable to synchronize because my vendor does not appear in your list !  I bought 2 books at belgiqueloisirs.be

Try selecting, "Adobe ID" as vendor

Still does not work as I still cannot reset my password for the account

jaivenois.annie@chapitre.com which was my initial Adobe-ID. It seems I

need both accounts and related passwords to be able to synchronize those

accounts.

Hello !

Very sorry to disturb you again with my problem which is still not solved.

I still cannot read the last 2 books I have bought on my Samsung tablet

using Bluefire Reader.

When I try to access one of those books on my tablet, I get following

message :

'This application is authorized with the following user account :

jaivenois.annie@skynet.be (AdobeID)

That article has been downloaded using a different account or

Adobe ID.

In order to continue, please add that account.'

The problem is that I am unable to remember the caracteristics of that

old account !!!

The only information I find on my computer is :

jaivenois.annie@chapitre.com | AdobeID

(urn:uuid:8d750d28-582f-407f-8bb0-46fa4fa1b628)

I then presume that I have used that old ID when I downloaded the books,

but how can I find back its password which I forgot ?

Can you do something with that information so that I can get it back (ID

and password) and synchronize both IDs ?

you can reset the password for the id "jaivenois.annie@chapitre.com"

you can reset your password:

Adobe ID, sign in, and account help

now you can login with new password.

Thank you, But I'm still getting the possibility to change pwassword for

jaivenois.annie@skynet.be and NOT for jaivenois.annie@chapitre.com !!!
