ERROR CODE 1

Can someone please tell me what Error Code 1 is?.... I have been trying for over 24hours and several attempt to install CC. It downloads, No Problem but when I go to install, it looks like it is proceeding and then I get a Message Error Code 1 with no further information and I have been unable to find what the error means or how to fix it.

I am getting extremely frustrated and annoyed. I would appreciate it so much if someone can help with simple/uncomplicated answers of what this problem is. I am using Windows 7 Thankyou so much in Advance

clean and then try installing per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

if that fails, you'll need to check your install logs for speciifcs, Troubleshoot install using logs | Elements
