Please follow the step.
- Close the Creative Cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
- Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
- Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

( To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
- To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.)
- Delete the opm.db file.
- Launch Creative Cloud.

Quando tento deletar abre uma janela que diz o seguinte: A ação não pode ser concluída porque o arquivo está aberto em AAM Updates Notifier Application. Pede para eu fechar o aplicativo e tentar novamente. Mas Eu não sei onde posso fechar ou sair do arquivo. Não vi nenhuma opção para isso.

You can also refer to
- "You've been signed out" error every time I try to sign into Creative Cloud desktop application.
- Keep getting "you've been signed out" msg on CC desktop app
