Hi, I read the thread on Adobe Presenter freezing and Power Point crashing but didn't manage to solve the problem that keeps preventing from using Presenter.

I have Powerpoint 2010 and Adobe Presenter 8: they seem to work fine together sometimes but then whenever I hit any of Presenter add-on buttons Powerpoint crashes and when I re-start it it informs me that Presenter add-on caused a major problem and warns to disable it. The only avenue to resume working on Presenter so far has been to reinstall it but then it only solves the problem temporarily. Can you please advise? Thank you

Hi there,

Please try to disconnect from your corporate network completely by plugging out the LAN wire or turning off the wi-fi and then try to see if Presenter is still crashing?

Regards,

Mayank

Hi Mayank, meanwhile I've updated to Presenter 10 and haven't experienced a crash yet. I'll let you know if this occurs and what happens if I proceed as you reccomended. Thank you, --R.
