What is the resolution of the folios that was shared with you and what device do you own to try to view the shared folio?
Example if the shared folio is 2048x1536(iPad 3/4 resolution) and you are trying to view from an iPad 1/2 which has a screen resolution of 1024x768, the folios won't show in your Adobe Content Viewer on your iPad. In this example, you either need an iPad 3/4 or ask them to share a 1024 rendition instead

I actually had double checked that beforehand as well. It is 1024x768, and I have an iPad 3. It's very odd. I have others sharing folios with me as well and those are coming through fine. It's just very odd that it shows up on the folio producer, but not the iPad. Thanks!

Do you have another folio with the same folio name on your folio producer dashboard?

I do not. It actually just happened again too. I had another person share a folio with me. I got an email notification and I can view it in the folio producer, but it's not showing up on my iPad. I had three others share with me as well, and I was able to view them. They are all 1024x768 renditions v26. Would changing v26 to v32 maybe work? Although the ones that I have been able to view are all v26. Thanks again for your help.
