Full download of current version

Hi - I need to download the full current version of flash player (not just the installer, my parents have dial up).  I know where to access the archived versions of flash player but I don't see version 15.0.0.152 (not for developers).  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Veresion 15.0.0.152 is not yet "archived"; get the current version from

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
• Flash Player for Mac OS X
