I need to create print ads and general marketing as a realtor, I'm familiar with photoshop and QuarkExpress what should I buy?

I'm a new Mac user and I need to buy software that I can use to build ads and marketing materials. I have used Photoshop and elements and Quark in the past. What do I need?

Photoshop is the industry standard for solving this problem; given your experience with it, I highly recommend you try that. Full disclosure, I am a Photoshop team member...so I'm of course biased. Free trials are available on Adobe.com, so do please try and see for yourself.
