Flash upgrade closes all open Safari tabs

Why does all my tabs in Safari get deleted EVERY TIME I have to upgrade FlashPlayer. As step 3 you make my Safari open ONE tab that thanks me for using FlashPlayer, all my other tabs that I had open prior to being forced to upgrade Flash are gone

I am running Mac OSX 10.9.4 on a MacBook Pro 13" 2.8 Core i7 with 16GB RAM
