Illustrator download

I use PC and was trying to download Illustrator and it sent a message asking permission to download and I said no, think I also said do this in the future. Now it wont download, how do I change my no - dont download to a yes!! Thank

You need to log in as system administrator & have the permission to download. If you are under any managed network, please contact the IT of the network to provide the permission to download.
