Using a "Web Application Help" project, WebHelp>Generate ... gives me a blank blinking index.htm

What am I doing wrong, or what settings should be set in order to get the WebHelp index.htm to generate correctly.

Where are you looking at your WebHelp – locally or on a web server? What browser are you using? What version of RH are you using to create the WebHelp?
