My settings won't sync.

I'm up to date on all software on two machines. One is set to upload all settings (prefs, workspaces, shortcuts), and another is set to download all settings.

Both are Macs, running Premiere and After Effects.

When I sync, it does the whole "you must restart the application" thing. Which I do. And then nothing has changed. None of my workspaces from one machine show up on the other. None of my keyboard shortcuts either. Nor my preferences/settings.

Any thoughts?

Thanks John.

Unfortunately most (or all) of these don't apply to my issue. I'm not receiving an errors, nor am I trying to sync project files. I'm simply trying to upload my in-application preferences/shortcuts/workspaces, and have them sync to another machine. I'm starting to feel as though I've been sold a bill of goods with the whole whole CC thing....
