does flash player ever work

I have never had a working version of flash player. I keep installing it to no avail. I have installed the flash player 15 guess what, it wont work. Every thing that needs a flash p[layer has the    you don't have flash player installed, BUT IT IS

I have the same problem & have sent at least 6 emails to Adobe asking for help but never receive a reply - I would like a refund and for someone to tell me an alternate method to open videos.

This is about my 5th request for help.

Flash Player is installed but when I try to view a video -e.g. Facebook - it

tells me I need to install Flash Player Pro.

Can someone please help me????

"Flash Player Pro" is not an Adobe product, nor is it a legitimate product.

What tells you to install "Flash Player Pro" is malware that asks you to install more malware - and even pay for it!

I Agree completely. it never works!!!!
