How do I look at 2 pages side by side on Adobe Digital Editions?

If you are seeing the navigation panel on the left (The table of contents and the bookmarks list) you can go to "Reading > Hide Navigation Panel"  and it should disappear and give you a two page view.

I appreciate your response.  But when I do this it just hides the navigation panel and gives me one page with more grey on either side if your know what I mean
