fgregor Oct 1, 2014 2:17 AM (in response to Thieryyyyyyyy)Hi thieryyyyyyyy,
Just to clarify – are you a paid Creative Cloud subscriber, and are you logged-in with the same Adobe ID associated with your subscription?
If so, can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Many thanks,
Fraser

fgregor Oct 2, 2014 1:55 AM (in response to Thieryyyyyyyy)Hi thieryyyyyyyy,
Thanks for the screenshots, it's now much clearer what is happening.
Can you confirm that you are a paid Creative Cloud subscriber, and are you logged-in with the same Adobe ID associated with your subscription?
Do you see the same thing when trying to acquire the product from the Add-ons website?

Thanks,

Thieryyyyyyyy Oct 2, 2014 4:06 AM (in response to fgregor)Hi Fraser,
Now i got a second problem. I'm using two emails, one where i had my licensed software of the Master collection CS3, and Photoshop CS5, for the new one which is under a student edition (CC2014) i use my second email, just to keep things sorted. Now trying to keep things sorted seem to messed things up. To check or my profile and log in were the same i logged out of my CC completely, now all of a sudden when i open CC i have to re-enter my key-number, which i can't seem to find on my ADOBE profile. I see the cloud membership though (see screenshot) but when i click "see orders and manage orders" i don't see my license key, don't even see the ones of the CS3 and CS5 anymore. What the hell is goin on?

fgregor Oct 2, 2014 4:26 AM (in response to Thieryyyyyyyy)Hi thieryyyyyyyy,
I'm sorry but I don't know how to answer your questions about licensing or keys - although I expect that if you login to the Creative Cloud desktop app with your Adobe ID (with the subscription), all licenses should be enabled without you needing to enter any key.
If this is not the case, the easiest thing to do is probably to Contact Customer Care, perhaps via their online chat service, to get help.
This forum is specifically help with Add-ons and Adobe Exchange. If your problems persist when trying to install this extension, let us know and we'll do our best to help.

ThierryW Oct 2, 2014 5:07 AM (in response to fgregor)Hi Fraser,
problem solved because of a hint you gave, my CC as my 2014 is running on this pc, seems the one running on the 1st email and the other on the 2nd email profile got indeed in conflict with my Cloud, Cloud is linked on a skynet address and CC2014 on an outlook email, but tx to you to make sure both were running on the same i logged everything out also my 2 adobe profiles, and started all over again by logging in with my outlook address, and now everything is running on the same address things sorted out and everything works as also for the RB-extension! (see screen-shot) so tx for the help and the tip which in the end created the whole problem! Cheers and friendly greet, Thierry
