1. Re: Revel for OS X not downloading my originals.
Glenyse H Oct 2, 2014 12:42 PM (in response to RobertStukenbroeker)Hi there,
If you set “Keep All Originals” set to On on your mac (the default setting), your revel photos are stored in two places: the cloud and the hard drive. As you add or delete photos to revel from any device (not just mac), the files will be added/deleted from the rvl package so that it matches revel.
With that said, can you check to see if you see your image in the rvl file? Photos are saved on the mac here: /Users/user profile/Pictures/Adobe Revel/Adobe Revel Library.rvl Control click the file and select Show package contents to view the images. You may have to drill down a bit to find the Originals folder.
If the originals cannot be found in a folder there, please let me know

2. Re: Revel for OS X not downloading my originals.
RobertStukenbroeker Oct 2, 2014 12:49 PM (in response to Glenyse H)Some of the photos are there but not all of them. I have 30-40GB in my revel and the library on my Mac is only 5GB

3. Re: Revel for OS X not downloading my originals.
Glenyse H Oct 3, 2014 4:43 PM (in response to RobertStukenbroeker)Could you check to see your upload status? If you have the newest Revel Mac version (2.0) you can select at top right of screen Showing>Upload Status. What does it say in that window?
Thanks!
Glenyse
