Adobe Digital Ed 4.0 program first-time use fails when e-pub load attempted.

Downloaded ADE 4.0 twice, installed it on Win 7.0 (64). It fails and shuts down when first e-pub load is attempted. Downloaded e-pub second time; same result. First time user of software.
