Juliane sanchez Oct 3, 2014 3:14 PM (in response to Sheena Kaul)The problems mentioned above are very similar to mine however I see no solutions yet, the first alternative clearly says it would be possible to get this error if the name and on behalf of the account has symbols (html).
My account of this without symbols and also I can not get to the log phase in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Juliane sanchez Oct 3, 2014 4:05 PM (in response to Juliane sanchez)Consegui resolver meu problema da seguinte forma, removi o aplicativo Adobe Creative Cloud, fiz limpeza no computador com o aplicativo CCleaner.
"Aparentemente duas pastas OOBE precisam ser removidos C: \ Users \ [nome do usuário] \ AppData \ Local \ Adobe \ OOBE e C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Adobe \ OOBE e CC reinstalado".
Aparentemente o aplicativo da adobe não aceita o usuário possuir um tipo de conta sem senha.
