Please refer to the following links where the steps can help you fix this issue:
1. You are no longer signed into your Creative Cloud applications
2. "You've been signed out" error every time I try to sign into Creative Cloud desktop application.
3. Adobe Creative Cloud desktop says "You've been signed out Please sign in again to continue"
