    Converting pdf to word

      When I try to convert a pdf file to a Word document I get an error; "an error occurred while trying to access the service."

      and nothing gets converted.  What am I doing wrong?

          there are a number of us who are having the same problem.  We cannot access the service.   I cannot find anyone from adobe that will help unless we pay them.  It seems that is in not our fault and Adobe should have better customer service.   I read that they have friendly support staff but i spent an hour looking for a way to connect to them.  They may have support but it is not easy to find.
