Need to get Encore DVD 2.0

I replaced a defective hard drive and was able to get a download from Adobe of Premiere Pro 2.0. How can I get Adobe Encore DVD 2.0?

The only version, as far as I know, that you can still download from Adobe is the tryout version of Encore DVD 2.0 .
