1. Re: Pen pressure not working with Wacom/Photoshop
Chris Cox Jan 4, 2014 10:16 AM (in response to inivision)Contact Wacom, and double check the cable to the tablet.
Photoshop will recognize the tablet if the tablet is recognized by the system/driver.

Trevor Dennis Jan 4, 2014 12:22 PM (in response to inivision)You really need to view the Brush panel and see how the brush tip preview looks. If it shows a tapered stroke, and the pen presure doesn't make affect stroke width, then yes you have a problem. If the stroke is not tapered, then it is more likely brush settings.
Do you have the Wacom brush set in the panel. If yes, then you need to select a brush with pointed tip. Otherwise, come back and we'll talk about brush settings

inivision Jan 4, 2014 2:11 PM (in response to Trevor Dennis)Thanks, I've tried as you suggested and tried every brush tip type including airbrush, which is what I really need right now - tried various switches/sliders, but doesn't make any difference when I give it even the lightest of pressure or heavy, the stroke remains same throughout. I was wondering what you meant by have I got Wacom brush set in panel, is there a particular seting for Wacom ?

4. Re: Pen pressure not working with Wacom/Photoshop
Trevor Dennis Jan 4, 2014 6:20 PM (in response to inivision)The brushes (roughly) outlined in red are added whenever I install the driver for my Inuos 4. Least ways I am reasonably sure that is the case, and they were not already there when CC was installed.
The top left brush above, has a pointed tip, and when selected, I see this sort of shape in the preview window of the Brush presets panel
So the point I was making is that if you don't see the tapered preview, then pen presure is not going to affect brush size. If you do see that sort of shape in the preview, and pen pressure still makes no difference, then you know something is not working right.

mkoziura Sep 27, 2014 12:43 PM (in response to Trevor Dennis)Hi, I have the same problem with the latest version of PS. Recently (withe previous versions) everything was always fine.
I can't see the tapered tip. What's interesting - the same settings of brushes, same version of PS in OS X work fine.
Any idea?
