WYSIWIG View

Has anyone loaded robohelp 5x in vista without any errors, if so how? Currently all works except the wysiwig viewer. It does not show up at all. When we try to open a project we get a error "unable to load componet 4". Don't know if this has anything to do with they issue. The machines that have this problem are from a fresh install of vista. We do have some machines that were upgraded from xp to vista that work just fine. Any ideas.
