Having the same issue for weeks.

The procedure entry point _Atomic_fetch_sub_4 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCP110.dll.

Same for all adobe apps

Researching now. Please advise if fix has been found.

Can you please try updating the dll?
Please apply the Microsoft Visual Studio Updatefrom: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30178, and let us know if it fixes your issue.
